We’ve improved your tutoring experience with the new Tutor Queue toggle feature.

The tutor queue feature allows you to control when you want to receive or not receive live tutoring requests.

Toggle the tutor queue to the 'On' position to receive live tutoring requests as they come in. Toggle the tutor queue to the 'Off' position to stop receiving live requests.

Once the tutor queue toggle is turned to 'On', live session requests will automatically appear as a pop-up on your screen. You will have 30 seconds to view the session details and click the green 'Accept Session' button. Once you click 'Accept Session' you will be transported to the Lesson Space with the student.

Please keep in mind, students can still send you direct session requests and chat messages, even if your tutor queue button is toggled to 'Off'. Also, if you have access to the Writing Lab, toggle the tutoring queue toggle to 'Off' in order to work on paper reviews in the new 'Writing Lab' tab.
