1. Log in to your Pear Deck Tutor account.

2. Select the Browse tutors tab in the upper left corner.

3. In the left-hand menu, select the subject area you need support with, your primary

language under Tutoring Language, and check the “Online now” box under Availability.

4. Once the page has updated to display tutors who match your selected filters, select “View profile” for the tutor you wish to connect with.*

5. Select “Start a session” to request and initiate a session with your chosen tutor.

*If no tutors are currently online, unselect “Online now” in the left-hand menu to see all tutors that meet your criteria. You will have the option to send them a message, allowing them to respond once they are available.
